You haven't told us what your major is, so that we can tell you if it makes sense or if you should be looking at the UCs with another major instead. Ive got the rrod? What to do?

Yesterday I was about to play a game when my xbox 360 just froze a couple minutes in and gave me the 3 blinking red lights. I tried it again with a different game and it worked for the rest of the night but anytime after that I get the rrod. Its not the power... I got it refurbished online for dirt cheap and it has worked perfectly so far so I got my moneys worth but I dont want to go get a new one or anything. I dont know if i am technically enough to fix it myself and dont want to pay for a guide online. Since i got it refurbished then the warranty is definitely shot and I am not payin 100 to send it in to Microsoft. I just want to fix it or figure out a way to get a new 360 console for as cheap as possible.

I'm with you on this old friend. I seem to be becoming one of those s more and more everyday. I used to have the most positive outlook on life and it seems that the older I become, the more jaded I am. I really need to find my positivity again. Ok, so last night I was training as my first night as a waiter. This girl came in with her parents, and she was stunningly pretty. I can't get over being cheated on...?

I dated my girlfriend for three years, and much of the time it was long distance. I love her and for the last year she always "joked" about liking this guy at her work. When I saw them together they always flirted, had that little glint in thier eyes, and I could tell she liked him. I thought she was always faithful, but now I am doubtful. This program popped up called Malware Protection. It said it was detecting viruses and something about detecting child ?!? All I did was look up the word SMUT bc someone apparently called me a smut. Anyway, it disappeared before I could fully read it, then it wouldn't let me open my SuperAntiSpyware and now I can't open anything, so HOW do I get rid of it? My new adolescent dog likes to bite feet! :O?

I got a new dog this past Friday. He's half German Shepherd, half Husky and he's 8 months old. He seems to be an incredibly intelligent dog (he learned to sit the very first day I had him!), but also very energetic and playful. He's great at knowing when to stop playing moast of the time, except when he gets over-excited and starts chomping at my feet, my mom's feet, my brother's feet, and even my other dog's feet! When I give him a tap with my foot on the jaw to correct him ,he bites even more. I know it's still puppy play, but how can I hep stop it?

During office hours ask your professors how you can improve. This shows that you're serious about the cl and may win some brownie points :) Definately get a tutor who'll help you find the important info to study. See if your college offers workshops on study skills. Form a study group. Don't get discouraged!!!!

If he/she's in her house, describe that in another paragraph. If he/she's in an alleyway, say that. It's just a bit confusing the way it is now.

Why is it so easy for people to throw out the "just put it up for adoption" line?

Sometimes I read answers on here that seem sort of thoughtless for lack of a better word. The "just put it up for adoption" line gets thrown around this forum a lot I have come to see. I don't understand why it's so easy for people to tell someone to "just" put their baby up for adoption and this is mostly coming from woman who have experienced pregnancy and know how attached one can get to an unborn baby. Of course this answer is mostly given to the teens who ask for pregnancy help. If a question doesn't ask whether you think they should keep, abort, or put their baby up for adoption then why would you throw it out there? I'm by no means "calling anyone out" i'd just like to know why some people on here feel they have the right to tell someone to put their baby up for adoption whether it is just their opinion or not. I got pregnant at 19, 20 now, and still currently pregnant and a family friend told me to put my baby up for adoption and if I could have I would've sliced her throat. I'm not talking about when the person asking the question asks your opinion on them putting up their baby for adoption i'm talking about when someone asks a totally different question then mentions their age whether it be 16 or 26 and someone answers with "just put it up for adoption." My cornea has been hurting for two days?

A few days ago I was sweeping at work and suddenly my eye hurt really bad and I went to the bathroom and watered out my eye. It still ached really bad on my cornea. I umed the dirt that did get in there might have scratched it because I thoroughly examined my eye and the eyelid for any dirt and I didn't see anything. I thought the pain would go away within at least a day and it didn't. I don't think eye pain should last this long. My wow keeps freezing on headless horseman and now in naxxramas?

Hey guys, as of patch 4.0 my wow was working fine, little laggy on 25mans, addons are nonexistant. When they released headless horseman this year, I wanted to try to get my mount, so I dungeon finder'd it and got into one, someone clicks the pumpkin my wow froze, I found the solution to be standing at least 100 yards away from it when it's clicked to work, that is not my main concern. Now I was trying to do the weekly, and I got summoned in, within 3-5 seconds, my wow froze, so i opened task manager and ended the process, reopened it and got back in, and yet again 3-5 seconds it froze again, and I was kicked for my wow freezing. Any comments would be helpful, please try to help this because I'm uming it's going for all of my raids as well.

Books where you find yourself liking the antagonist? (teenage fiction)?

I'm just wondering if there are any books out there where you find yourself liking the character of the antagonist. I've read the Gone series by Michael Grant and I found myself liking Caine Soren's side better than Sam Temple's. Also, in Harry Potter, sometimes I found myself liking the death eaters and people like Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange, purely because of their characters. In a series of unfortunate events I thought that Count Olaf was a good character in a strange villainy sort of way. Pond skating safety?

right next to my house, is a good sized pond, about the size of an olympic sized swimming pool, maybe a little bigger. Now, its completely frozen, and my family and I wanted to be able to skate on it, as well as some of the other neighbors on our street, theres about 10 other houses, since the pond isn't technically on our property it belongs to the street. How can i tell if its safe to skate? Considering its a man-made pond, it shouldn't be deeper than 5 feet, thats what Im guessing. It does have fish, turtles, crayfish, etc. And unfrozen, its typically an opaque green color. We all threw rocks across it, big and little, they all slipped to the other side of the pond, and heavy rocks (about 5 lbs) left a slight dent when dropped directly on the ice from hand height. There are a few cracks along the side, but I cant tell how thick the ice is. How can I make sure its safe? I can post pictures of the pond, if that helps.

How to get over the trauma of a parent's illness and death?

I know just how you feel hun I felt just the same when my dad ped away. All I could think about was his illness (lasted 6 months). Only time will heal your pain im afraid.There is no quick fix I just wished there was. My dad died 26 years ago and its still so painful at times. You will start to remember the good times and the bad painful ending will fade a bit but never go away. You will never get over this but you will learn to live with your loss. I would like to wish you the best of luck and hope that your pain fades in time.

It was the best thing that ever happned to me when I was preggers. it gives support on both your neck, back and belly, and between your knees. you can turn over and over and not adjust the pillow. It is sooooooo soft. 4 mo PP and I still use it. downsides are it is quite big and no snuggling is gonna happen while using this pillow, lol. they show using it to BF I think its too bulky, just too much to move around. How to get my kitten to stop bitting so hard?

I 100% understand what you are talking about with the biting. When I got my kitten Lilly, she was 5 or 6 weeks old. She was very sick when we got her. I spent over 2 thousand dollars while our crappy old vet tried to figure out what was wrong with her (skin scrapings, fungal cultures, lime sulfur baths meds) etc., until we got completely fed up when she came home and all of her fur had been been burned off from too much sulfur being used in the sulfur bath (see link below for my insider-pages review of this horrible vet) and with being used for our money that we took her to a new vet, who looked at her and knew on the spot what was wrong with her. So I sympathize with you. Anyway, she used to bite a lot, and hard. She'd chase my hair then chomp down on my ear, and draw blood. Same with my toes, and fingers and my wrists. I learned to simply make a loud 'Ppsst' noise then pull her away. After a few weeks of doing this, she learned its not ok to bite. It'll also get better when she looses her baby teeth, bc then her new teeth wont be quite as needle sharp. Its cute at first when she plays and bites, then looks at you with that cute little kitten face, but it gets old really fast. Shes about 9 months old now and she nibbles, but doesnt bite. Shes become a lot gentler. At night when shes laying on me and I move she'll nibble or nip at my fingers but its so gentle it doesnt bother me because I know she means no harm at all. I have some questions about styling hair..?

i have straight mohawk hair that i want to spike up. I bought bed head manipulator because salonist told me it would make my hair spiked and hard the way i want it but it turns out it doesnt even make my hair hard. makes it sticky too. And my friend gave me ice spiker glue and it seems to hold my hair better. But, i really suck at spiking my hair.. somehow it always looks unnatural. Could my pinky toe be bro/ken?

My toe has been killing me forever. I always thought it was the toe next to the pinky toe because it has a bump/callus on the side where it meets the pinky toe. When I put pressure on them it is definitely the pinky toe for sure. It has hurt for a couple years now and I can't think of anything i've done to injure it. It feels like it's broken but it's hard to believe it would linger on this long. When I apply pressure to the top of the toe right under the left side of the nail it pulsates with intense pain. So when I walk on it the other toe pushes down right on that spot. At times it does feel like it is the bone inside but I don't think the bone goes to the very end of the pinky toe that far. Has anybody had anything like this or know if it could be a fracture? It's not an ingrown toenail or anything like that, it feels deeper. Any suggestions?

I started a new career as a dog groomer about one month ago and almost every day i get these tiny red spots on my forearms in randoms areas. They don't itch and they are not raised in any way. I quit taking CR many years ago because I found too many biased reviews in it. They bad mouthed a Troy Built rear tine tiller when it was obvious from their pictures and write up that they were trying to operate it the same way as a front tine tiller and that just doesn't work. They do have some good reviews but some of their departments are obviously staffed by those who think foreign is good and US made isn't. I once bought an 84 Olds Cutl Ciera which CR labeled as the worst used car ever and advised everyone to stay away from them. It had 30,000 miles when I bought it and over 300,000 when I traded it off. The only thing I ever did, other than routine maintenance was replace the alternator. It was one of the best and most reliable cars I ever owned.

If having to refill then has a leak the system doesn't use up the freon. If the leak is great enough your compressor will not stay on give you and accurate pressure reading. If a newer car shouldn't take much more than 16oz to keep the clutch engaged.

Getting an apartment with bad credit.?

Ok. Im 22 years old and im looking to move into my first apartment in about 4 months. I have a pretty stable job that I've been at for about 5 months making about 1400 a month and im also going to be bartending part time and i expect to make around 1000 a month from that. The apartments in my area go for aroung 600-700 monthly. I mapped out a budget and I should be fine as long as a have a decent amount in savings. Realistically, you probably should work hard in college and learn a practice that would call for more stability. In other words, first get a job that can allow you to have some stable living for a while. Then go back to screenwriting while you know that if the script fails you have a fall back. There are plenty of jobs that won't require to be clean shaven, but it all depends on what you want to do. At my company we tell the guys that work here that they don't have to shave, but it's all about being professional and having a professional appearance. As long as the employer doesn't mind and you're professional in your approach to your job, then you can work almost anywhere.

Is Covergirl's LASHBLAST mascara similar to.....?

I use LashBlast and I love it but it is mostly for volume. Maybe try L'Oreal Double Extension mascara it coats the lashes forming a tubes around them creating the look of fake eyelashes and making them super long. I haven't used it but I've heard good things about it. Hope that helps.

Temp file error! Non deleting these files. Need help?

I generally run %temp% from RUN option of START menu & delete theose file. But from few days i have noticed that some of them are non-deleteable. I tried to delete them in SAFE MODE also. There first time though are deleted but in normal mode they are remaining same. The files are like jar_cache28860.tmp & newtb1handler & toolbox_healer28854 and a blank folder i.e., WPDNSE. I want to delete all these files. How can i?

Call me crazy, but I've never cared for "Southern Accents" by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. I know it had "Don't Come Around Here No More" on it, which was a big hit but I never liked that album. This might seem crazy but why do I feel bad sometimes when I kill a bug?

Some people I know will laugh(thats fine, I don't care.. you are not me) but I just know there are others who feel the same. Yes for some reason I feel bad for killing little bugs.. Now I am a hunter/fishermen and I have no problem with that because its to feed my family/food(I pray over anything I eat). But, I HATE spiders.. and night crawlers alike and in the past would not hesitate to kill them. but over time, I have started to grab a paper towel put them into and let them outside far from my house, safer methods so I would avoid of having that bad feeling. But today I was careless seen a bug and I killed a roach and for some reason right then I felt something like a bad feeling coming over me, grief or something (in a way I wanted to see if I felt anything, now I do regret).. I have to be honest over the past I really had no problem with but over time now that I am getting older it seems like I feel something telling me its wrong.
