Computer virus, help!?

This program popped up called Malware Protection. It said it was detecting viruses and something about detecting child ?!? All I did was look up the word SMUT bc someone apparently called me a smut. I didn't know what it meant, but the first link I clicked f*d me. So I hope I can't get tracked for that as some kind of pedophile. lol..? .. Anyway, it disappeared before I could fully read it, then it wouldn't let me open my SuperAntiSpyware and now I can't open anything, so HOW do I get rid of it? It keeps telling me I need to install this Malware Protection program, but it's obviously the virus... What do I do??? Thx
