Cooking asian greens?

i'm used to having naechoy actually prepared in a dish. yes It can be bitter, but its alot better than another asian green Umpalaya- well Umpalaya leaves (Bitter Melon)...anyways, you're best bet is to cook them with beans and meat w/ various other vegetables and expand your ingredient list. Also to take away from some of the bitterness, you can never go wrong with putting it in a stew or soup.
