Do you think this is the real "chupacabra" found in Blanco Texas?

I've seen pictures of similar doglike animal sightings in Mexico, but they usually had spines on their backs. I'm surprised these aren't formally taxonomically clified yet. It's possible but doubtful it will ever be proven that these animals were the cause of the infamous goat deaths.
