Best skin whitener? Please help?

" Rosance X18 / X20 or Fair and White Whitenizer? " These are the two skin whitening creams I have been researching and was wondering if anybody had any before and after pictures.. I also would like to know which one works best. Please don't say " Be happy with the skin your in " SMH! Light people like to get dark by tanning why can't darks want to get light? Pretty hypocritical.. But anyway, any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
