Is this girl narcissistic/histrionic?

Well, I personally think that many many people between the ages of thirteen and seventeen could be considered 'Narcissistic' or 'Histrionic', especially over-complimented, undisciplined ones. But then, this girl seems to be a little over the top. You never know, she could have traits of a personality disorder.
