Does any one out there have a free male puppy to give away in tampa florida?

my 7 year old wants a male puppy so bad but it has to be free we can`t aford to go buy one . we are responsible pet owners and are searching for that puppy no one wants .we would rather rescue one than get one everybody wants they are the best and most loveable dogs to own im in tampa florida and am very eager.
