Recently diagnosed with brain melanoma. Can it spread from my brain to other organs?

Melanoma is a very unpredictable and unusual cancer. It can metastasize anywhere including the placenta and fetus. A primary melanoma of the brain is very unusual and is much more likely to be metastatic disease that it is to be a primary.
