I think you're pretty cute...maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10? Don't worry, you're only 13, you've got loads of time to mature, find out what works best on you, etc. And for all the people who say you're ugly? They don't know anything. I guess you can get contacts, or find more flattering gles, wear flattering (but not slutty) clothing...
