i use a stepper for 20Min's and i keep the speed between 20.1 and 21. i then use a 5kg dumbbell and use it 40 times on each arm, then i use a 6kg barbell 30 times, then i do 20 push ups. i have been doing this everyday after school and i am a girl. i was wondering by doing to much can it weaken my muscles and bones. its like i am addicted to exercising.
