Photographing police committing wrongdoing illegal?
The state of Machusetts is using all party consent laws to arrest citizens who photograph police doing wrong acts. Even though there is an exemption in the law for public spaces with no 'expectation of privacy" this is being ignored by both the police an the courts. Question if your a police officer how do you feel about the law being utilized to punish citizens who do nothing more than record the wrong acts of a public official? If your a citizen how do you feel about the law being used to protect police who abuse their power an harm citizens? is this the type of country you want to live in? if your a police officer being protected by this law how do you feel knowing your children or grandchildren may be on the other end of this poor public policy an be the one subject to the abuse of authority?
