Wow, that sucks. If I were you I'd keep bothering them until they sent me a card for the difference of credited you account or at least refunded your money. If you live in the US, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and make sure you tell them you're going to do so. I had a problem where they continued to charge my debit card after I had told them to stop and had bought a pre-paid card to use instead. They gave me the run around for weeks while continuing to charge me. It took a lot of threats from me, my bank, and the BBB for them to finally admit they'd messed up.
