If u DO find a nice guy, a really nice one!, how do u approach them?

so if u DO find someone nice enough and would like to get something going how do u approach that situation? its nerve wracking because you dont want to screw it up, but u want it to happen really badly. how do u do it? and if they think your just friends but it seems like you flirt alot, how do u find out if their interested?
