Do u tell a boyfriend?

so these are the facts. i was 19 yrs old and contracted genital , received treatment, and have been teseted every year for the last 5. I have NOT had an outbreak, and I have been punctual in getting re tested. all tests have been NEGATIVE. and i had been with the same man for 3 yrs...recently divorced, and am in a new relationship. because i have not had an outbreak, and no tests were positive I have been learly to tell him. I know he has a right to know, (and now that i know i plan on being with him for a while). should i tell him or should i wait for a longer time. and HOW should i tell him???????????
