Help to do with subscribing to sky sports with SKY TV?

how can i subscribe to sky sports via sky. I am a sky customer i have the style and culture package with the broadband but no line rental. how can i subscribe to the sky sports package (which includes sky sports 1,2,3,4 and news) before the premier league is underway next week. what number would i have to call? and what information do i need to have with me?
