I want to do talk to my ex's mothers landlord she's dirty and disgusting....Please read?

My sons father and I split up. I went over to his mothers house where he lives there and where my son stays when he visits. And I was disgusted, she has 11 newborn puppies in his room, 1 doberman. 1 Rottweiler. 3 cats. And like 20 fish in three seperate tanks! It makes me want to GAG, there's pet hair everywhere and I just can't see how they can live with that stench! I don't want my son to go there. It smells SO bad of dog feces and pee. Should I tell her landlord? I tried to call social services but they didn't do anything, it's so unsanitary to have newborn puppies where he sleeps! I am worried about diseases! IT STINKS SO BAD. My son stinks when I pick him up and I have to give him a bath, it is really disgusting.... He can't be in that environment until something is done! HELP!!!!
