Yes i need help with a bank question please?

okay so today friday i got up early to deposit my check in my account and i uslally do this all the time well today this lady i have never seen did my check and well i forgot to sign my name on the back..is that a big deal??? well anyways i went to the atm to check idf my money was in there and it was so i thougt maybe it wasent well like 6 hrs later i checked it again becAUSE i was gonna take some money out and well there was no money in there i was so shocked idk wat to do cause the banks are closed is it ause i dident sign tha back??? please help its alot of money
