I want to add my personal stationery to yahoo! mail. How do I go about it?

I'm sorry, but the only way to do that is to get Yahoo! Mail Plus, which is considered a premium service and costs $19.99 a year. And if you do, you'll be able to make use of the little stationery icon at the top of the composition page.
