Response to my question on medicare or medi cal in california?

didn't want to offend anyone. But my concern is my husband has had a heart transplant about 4 years ago doing fine. and now only able to do work and all else part time. Without help from medical for prescrip he would die; it costs him about 3000 for all the med's with out it. if he could work fulll time he would just wanted to know if the medi cal was still in tacked or not plus I had cancer. I prefer to do things myself but; obvesiouly we can't.
